You just brought life
into this world.
You deserve to feel
whole again.

Nobody warned you
it would be this hard.
Nobody prepared you
for this much blood.
They tell you about the joy. Nobody tells you about the six weeks of bleeding — waking up soaked at 3am, passing clots the size of eggs, running to the bathroom every time you stand up.
You are wearing adult diapers. Showering with the door locked. Afraid to hold your own baby. You feel broken. You feel disgusting. And you are carrying all of it completely alone.
This is not weakness. This is postpartum — and you do not have to suffer through it in silence.
postpartum bleeding (lochia)
anxiety about leaks
confidence as a new mother
The medical term is lochia. The emotional reality is overwhelming. Your body just did something extraordinary. It is healing. It is recovering. And it deserves care that matches the magnitude of what you have just been through.
The moments she never
talks about.
Blood everywhere. Soaked through the pad, onto the sheets, while your partner sleeps beside you. You sneak to the bathroom, strip the bed, do laundry at 3am — too embarrassed to wake them. PostGuard™ holds everything so you can actually sleep through the night.
You put a towel down first. You keep sessions short. You hold your baby at arm’s length — terrified of bleeding on them. PostGuard™ means you can hold your baby as long as you want, without a second thought.
Black sweatpants. Dark colours only. Loose everything — you are dressing to hide, not to live. PostGuard™ is soft and discreet under clothes so you can feel like yourself again, even while you heal.
Terrified of bleeding during the examination — of the humiliation of lying there while blood soaks through the paper sheet. It is one fear too many on top of everything else. PostGuard™ removes that fear completely.
Every latch triggers a contraction — and a bleed. You are interrupting feeds to change pads and calm a screaming baby all over again. Breastfeeding is hard enough. PostGuard™ handles the bleeding so you can just focus on your baby.
Your mum wants to visit. Friends offer meals. Your sister wants to help. You say no to all of them — not because you do not need help, but because you cannot risk anyone seeing. You are isolating yourself when you need support most. You do not have to hide anymore.
You are not the only one
crying in the bathroom
at 3am.

Your body changes week to week.
Your protection should too.
Postpartum bleeding is not one long, unchanging event — it moves through real physiological stages. PostGuard™ is built around that progression, so you always have the right kind of protection for exactly where you are.
Disposable PostGuard™
The first one to two weeks bring the heaviest bleeding, often with clots, as your body sheds what it no longer needs. This is when you need maximum protection with zero extra effort.
- No laundry stress while you’re most exhausted
- Hospital-bag convenience, ready from day one
- Fresh, clean pair every time — nothing to soak or scrub
Reusable PostGuard™
As bleeding tapers and lightens, your skin — especially around stitches or a C-section incision — deserves something softer. Reusable PostGuard™ is gentle, breathable, and built to last the rest of your recovery and beyond.
- Soft, breathable cotton/bamboo against healing skin
- Better value across weeks of lighter, longer flow
- Reusable and lower-waste once the heaviest days pass
A 7-piece disposable set built

Soft Cotton Crotch for Comfort
Made with non-woven fabric and a cotton crotch bottom, PostGuard™ offers softness and breathability. The cotton layer stays gentle against sensitive skin through pregnancy and postpartum recovery.
Safe & Chemical-Free Material
Crafted from non-woven fabric with no high-concern chemicals, PostGuard™ is safe for use during pregnancy and postpartum. Hypoallergenic and skin-friendly by design.
Designed for Women’s Needs
Purpose-built for convenience and hygiene during daily wear in pregnancy, postpartum recovery, or as backup underwear for unexpected situations.
Compact & Lightweight Packaging
Each pack measures 25 x 20 x 5 cm and weighs just 0.1 kg — easy to store, easy to travel with, and easy to keep on hand for whenever you need it.
Softer protection for
the weeks your flow lightens.
Comes With 3 Incontinence Pads
Every reusable set includes 3 absorbent incontinence pads, giving you adjustable protection as your flow continues to lighten and change through the tapering stage.
Soft, Breathable Fabric
Gentle natural-feel fabric sits comfortably over stitches or a C-section incision, without the pressure or friction of stiffer disposable materials.
Built for the Longer Stretch
Bleeding often tapers gradually over several weeks. One reusable set costs less over that stretch than repeatedly restocking disposables — and keeps working long after recovery, through future cycles too.
Reusable & Lower-Waste
Machine washable and quick-drying, PostGuard™ Reusable is a lower-waste option for the stage when a quick rinse and wash is manageable again.
Sizes S Through XXL
A fuller size range — S, M, L, XL, and XXL — to fit your body as it continues to change through the weeks after birth.
Cover your whole recovery, start to finish.
Get the disposable pack for your heaviest early days and the reusable set for the weeks that follow — so you’re never caught without the right protection for the stage you’re in.

What happens when women
stop suffering in silence
“Emergency C-section. The incision hurt so much I could not stand up straight. But the bleeding was worse. My husband found the disposable PostGuard™ and ordered them. First night: 7 hours straight sleep. No leaks. No stains. I woke up and just stared at the dry sheets and cried.”
“By week 3 my flow had lightened but I still needed something reliable. Switched to the reusable set with the incontinence pads and it was so much softer than the disposables — better for my stitches, and I liked being able to just wash and reuse instead of restocking every week.”
“2am. I felt something pass. Went to the bathroom. I thought I was dying. Called my midwife screaming. She said it was normal lochia but I was shaking so hard I could barely hold the phone. The disposable PostGuard™ meant I could change into a fresh, clean pair immediately and go back to bed.”
“Third-degree tear. 52 stitches. Sitting was torture in the first days. Once the bleeding tapered around week 3, I moved to the reusable set — the fabric is so much softer where it matters. My midwife asked what I was using and wrote it down for other patients.”
“My mum bought these. Said she wished they existed when she had us. Then day 3 postpartum: I was sobbing, baby screaming, husband asleep. Put on disposable PostGuard™ and got through the heaviest week without a single laundry emergency.”
“I am a midwife. I now tell every patient about both stages — disposable for the first two rough weeks, then the reusable set with the incontinence pads once things taper off. Having a plan for each stage takes so much of the guesswork and stress out of recovery.”

Everything you were
too afraid to ask
Disposable PostGuard™ ($19.99, 7-piece pack, sizes M/L/XL/XXL) is designed for the acute bleeding stage — roughly weeks 1–2 — when flow is heaviest and often includes clots (lochia rubra). Reusable PostGuard™ ($29.99, includes 3 incontinence pads, sizes S/M/L/XL/XXL) is designed for the tapering stage — roughly weeks 3–6 — when flow lightens to pinkish-brown and then yellowish-white (lochia serosa and alba). Most mothers start with disposable and move to reusable as bleeding lightens.
That depends on where you are in recovery. If you’re preparing ahead of birth, most mothers find it helpful to have both — disposable for the first couple of weeks, reusable for the weeks after. If you’re already past the heaviest bleeding, you may only need the reusable set.
Each reusable PostGuard™ set includes 3 absorbent incontinence pads, so you can adjust your level of protection as your flow continues to change through the tapering weeks.
Disposable PostGuard™ comes in M, L, XL, and XXL, with 7 pieces per pack. Reusable PostGuard™ comes in a fuller range — S, M, L, XL, and XXL — to fit your body as it continues to change after birth.
Disposable PostGuard™ is made with non-woven fabric and a soft cotton crotch bottom, with no high-concern chemicals — hypoallergenic and skin-friendly for sensitive postpartum skin.
No — the disposable set needs no washing at all. Simply wear, dispose, and reach for a fresh pair from the pack. The reusable set, by contrast, is machine washable and meant to be reused across the tapering weeks and beyond.
Yes — always. Every PostGuard™ order, disposable or reusable, arrives in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents on the outside. Each disposable pack is also compact and lightweight, measuring just 25 x 20 x 5 cm. Your privacy is non-negotiable to us, especially during this vulnerable time.
Many mothers pack disposable PostGuard™ in their hospital bag to use from day one, then transition to the reusable set once bleeding noticeably lightens, typically around week 3. Every recovery is different, so let your own flow — not the calendar — guide the switch.
Yes — and we encourage it. PostGuard™ gives you comfort and dignity while you recover, but it is not a substitute for medical care. Heavy bleeding, large clots, or bleeding that increases after the first week should always be discussed with your healthcare provider. PostGuard™ helps you manage the normal aspects of postpartum recovery while you stay alert to any signs that need medical attention.
You grew a human.
You deserve to heal
with dignity.
PostGuard™ is a declaration that your comfort matters at every stage — from the heaviest first days to the lighter weeks that follow. You brought life into this world. Let us take care of you, one stage at a time.
