No. The moisture-wicking top layer pulls fluid away from your skin and locks it into the absorbency core. Your skin stays dry throughout wear. Most customers say they feel completely normal — just like wearing regular underwear.
Rinse them under cold water after use until the water runs clear, then machine wash on a gentle cycle in cold water. Do not use fabric softener — it reduces absorbency. Lay flat or hang to air dry. Do not tumble dry on high heat.

Unlike pads, there’s no visible indicator. We recommend changing every 8–12 hours as a general rule. On heavier days, you may feel a slight warmth or fullness sensation — that’s your cue. Most women develop a natural routine after the first cycle of use.
